The hotel has 103 rooms divided into double, triple or quadruple rooms with a small terrace or balcony, all equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe and mini fridge (charges apply). Possibility of communicating rooms and rooms for the disabled. They are subdivided into Classic rooms, which are spacious and comfortable distributed in buildings built on two floors surrounded by greenery and close to the main restaurant; Standard rooms, all on the ground floor and more reserved, accessible via an internal path among olive and oak trees.

At the Hotel Koinè in Otranto, there are two restaurants: the main restaurant "Il Macedone" reserved for guests who choose full board and half board treatment, and the "Otus" restaurant surrounded by a hedge of laurel trees with an à la carte menu. The main restaurant offers buffet meals served with typical Mediterranean and regional dishes and a pizzeria corner, water and carafe wine are included with meals; typical evening once a week.
