Begininng in Spring 2010 the hotel will be provided with a Welness Center offering a perfect combination of classical beauty and regeneration treatments. Our Center will have a pool with hot tube, spa, Turkish bath, well equipped Gym and Fitness Center, massage room, aesthetical treatments room and a relax room. In the same period we will inaugurate a Congress Room with polifunctional spaces to receive up to 100 people with a banquet and coffee break service. Exterior
In only five minutes you will reach Piazza S. Oronzo, the suggestive Rione Terra, the Cathedral, the City Museum or simply make shopping in the pretty tiny stores. Walking through the narrow streets will be magical and you will feel surrounded by an ancient atmosphere. Our enchanted beaches are only 7 minutes by car. Five 18 Holes Golf Clubs are really close: Golf Club Acaya – Riva dei Tessali – Golf Club Barialto – Metaponto Golf Club – San Domenico.

You will enjoy a stunning sight on the suggestive historical centre of Ostuni and its completely white houses, recalling a dream atmosphere, seeming to stop time. Three Types of Room. Classic: only double/matrimonial rooms; Romantic: larger than the classic, with the option to add an extra bed; Studio up to four persons with graceful sitting-room.
Restaurant
The De Pascale - Carlucci family tradition made with the territory care, the Slow Food and the typical products a style of life driven by passion, research and experiment. Basically, understanding the origins to get to the goal. San Filippo Restaurant was opened in Carovigno in 2004. Due to the high appreciation of its clients, since the beginning it has become a certainty and it has been considered by many gastronomic guides a rampart of the Puglia Region Cuisine. In 2008 the meeting with the Martucci family, an immediate feeling which has led to move to Ostuni and has made the Ostuni Palace Restaurant a real point of strength of the entire hotel. The new location is an enchanted space where the local stone and the characteristic star vaults are the masters. More than 300 labels, the climatized cellar drown by an ancient wine tank completely dug in the rock, the floor composed by '800 wooden barrels staves: these are only few of the features making the San Filippo Wine Cellar unique. A glass of wine, an appetizer, a coffee to be tasted in our tiny square and.. on the horizon... the stunning Ostuni, the White City, spreading and reminding flavours, feelings and unforgettable pictures. The live music in the background makes the atmosphere magical. The Palace Café features are the most popular cocktails and drinks to be tasted with fantastic finger foods, the special cigars collection to be linked together chocolate cru, a great distilleds selection and our infusions to be sipped into unique landscapes.
