Restaurant

Why not match our dishes with a careful choice of wines from Puglia and Italy and during the summer dinner is served in the old Spanish garden where orange and olive trees act as a backdrop in this delightful setting. A staircase dug from the stone leads to three antique tanks which were once used for collecting oil and which are now used for wine tastings – the very precious Vinoteca wine bar. The antique lounges and great loggias of the building that hosts this 5-star La Sommità di Ostuni hotel have been dedicated to reading and to breakfasts. During the afternoon hours, your relaxation is “seasoned” by just-baked sweets and pastries, chocolate, teas and tisanes. Added to this are wine tasting courses, local culinary art courses, theme dinners, wine and cheese, Sunday lunches and business lunches. Tourist and cultural tours, events, conferences as well as setting up the lunch and cocktail bar with finger food, aperitifs and after-dinner drinks for those moments of socialisation with friends within the harmonious and ancient walls of our Hotel.
