Trulli are unique and exclusive buildings of this area of Puglia and have been made 1600 and the end of 1800 for mysterious reasons still today: some experts argue that trulli were built to escape the Kingdom of Naples and the Bourbons, others say they were made to free the land around the stones which provided an excellent building material.

Discover the unique pleasure of living in a trullo is a unique feeling! The hotel presents original Trulli and small "casedde" with a simple and rustic furniture. Each "room" is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, heating, kitchen or kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with tub or shower, outside green spaces. Accessible to disabled guests, our structure is composed by trulli 100 mt. far each other, assuring privacy and relaxation and each one has a complete kitchen with furniture and equipment in country style. The microclimate inside of Trulli (only made in dry stone with wide and deep walls) ensures a cool and dry summer and a Mediterranean warmth in winter. For our guests we offer the wood oven, fruit and vegetables. Great respect is reserved (with a small supplement to pay on the spot) to dogs, with a fenced green area. Interior pinewood interior is ideal for meditation and yoga. Owners, always in the structure, provide assistance to our guests while respecting the peace of the place.

Location

Agritrulli Country Residence is located in the historic area of Trulli in Valle d'Itria. In 1992, this splendid architectural type, for its uniqueness in the world, has been classified by UNESCO as the historical heritage of humanity manifest of the "culture of stone." Agritrulli arose in time for aggregation of several homes in the maximum respect for nature and history of places and is a set of trulli stone completely restructured, with a total maximum of 40 beds in independent units and welcoming.
