The garden is well kept, mostly lawn with fruit trees and a large vegetable patch with seasonal vegetables which the guests can use. The swimming pool is well lit and has an infinity edge, measures 7 metres by 14 and 1.3-2.3 metres and is about 40 metres from the house. The pool is externally paved and complete with sunbeds, umbrellas and cold water shower. There is a covered area with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing moments. There is also a large portico in front of the house with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dinners, and a second smaller portico with portable barbecue and ancient oven for making bread and pizza. The house is on two floors, some rooms are accessed from a few steps up or down.
