Villa sleeps 22 - 700sqm on two levels. The ground floor consists of huge living room with beautiful Tuscan breaks arcs with fire place and stereo, one dining room and a small breakfast room, TV corner and gaming table, two toilets and a kitchen (oven, six rings cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). A wooden stair case from the ground floor living room leads to the upper floor; The first floor has also access from an external staircase. It consists on a large dining/living room with TV and video; seven double bedrooms (queen size beds), two twin bedrooms, two single bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower two with bathtub. Beautiful mezzanine floor with a twin size bed (queen on request) and ensuite shower bathroom. Spacious terrace (35 sqm) with wonderful views furnished with table and chairs for dining out. The prices include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Swimming pool open from May to September. Upon request it is possible to open the pool earlier or to close it later with a weekly extra charge. The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the house is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be a charge. To pay extra and on the premises: central heating upon use. Two baby cots and two highchairs available upon request and for free. Baby cot is provided for free only if it’s included in the number of the beds of the villa 22. If not there will be an extra charge. Extra bed on request to be paid esxtra. Inventory deposit. Pets allowed with extra cleaning charge. Chef service and maid service on request with extra charges. It’s possible to organize parties or weddings at the villa with additional charges and e xtra security deposit. If you intend to organise a party or a wedding where the number of guests is higher than the number of beds (22 or 36 sleeping), please let us know at the time of booking. The owner of the villa is not responsible of the food and drinks used during parties organized at the properties. Whatever banquet will be managed by specialized catering companies. The local tax must be paid cash directly on the spot.

Vescovado di Murlo is just 3 km away, with its shops, bank, restaurants and bar.This is also an excellent choice for a restful holiday, most conveniently situated near the road joining two villages, it's an ideal location for visiting Siena and its beautiful countryside.
