The Palace Hotel San Michele is the venue for conferences, meetings, congresses, seminars, workshops boasting four meeting halls equipped with modern audio and video facilities and insulated walls. The halls seat between 10 to 350 people. Competence and dynamism guarantee successful events. The Normans’ hall offers a wide dining hall and terraces located on two levels complete with outdoor swimming pool and English lawn, all overlooking the Gulf of Manfredonia. The hall boasts an elegant, yet simple design decorated with Oriental marble and furniture in the neo-classic style. It seats 220. The Arches hall leads onto the Sala dei Normanni (the Normans’ Hall) through the restaurant hall. With its historic atmosphere and refined style, it seats 90 people under its arched ceiling. The Knigts' hall: This elegant and aristocratic hall houses up to 110 guests and is perfect for special occasions. The terraces overlooking the Gulf of Manfredonia are on different levels and feature an outdoor swimming pool and English lawn. A charming garden hall leads to the comfortable atmosphere of the Emperors’ Hall with the meeting area, a large restaurant hall and wide terraces for buffets. This elegant hall houses up to 400 people.

MONTE SANT'ANGELO: the town was a stop on the Via Sacra Longobardorum and several historical and religious attractions testify today to that glorious past: the Sanctuary-grotto of San Michele is one of the oldest Christian place of worship; the Rotari Tomb; the Suevian-Norman castle; the typical medieval neighbourhood of Junno. TREMITI ISLANDS: the Tremiti archipelago including the isles of San Domino, San Nicola, Capraia and Pianosa draws on the myth of the Ancient Greek god Diomed. Here you may find the wildest and most intriguing marine landscape in the Mediterranean Sea. The ancient Benedectine abbey and the Church of Santa Maria a mare are great historical and architectural sites. SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO: an attraction for pilgrims from all over the world, San Giovanni Rotondo boasts several attractions linked to San Pio di Pietralcina: the Convent of the Capuchin fathers, the new Sanctuary with the shrine of San Pio, the monumental Way of the Cross, the saint’s bronze statue by Francesco Messina. UMBRA FOREST: the Umbra Forest is the symbol of bio-diversity and a landmark of the Gargano. It is renowned in Italy for being a model park engaged in environment conservation projects. You may find diverse wildlife and a wide range of trees that are for the most part endemic. THE COASTS: the Gargano coast is only 5 minutes away with Its appealing natural spots, embellished by ancient watchtowers and typical trabucchi. White rocky cliffs interspersed with green Aleppo pines on the background of the blue sea conceal the wonderful marine grottoes.

Location
The building is in the town of Monte Sant’Angelo, which in the past was the main centre in the Gargano. Close to the Norman-Suevian castle, the hotel is in a historical 1900 building, that has recently been refurbished and transformed into a haven of peace and relax. From a hilltop, the building towers over the Gulf of Manfredonia overlooking the stunning panorama where the dark blue sea and the intense light blue sky come together.
