The accommodation is ideal for a family even with children or couples of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday throwing in some excursions to the many small villages which are spread around this part of Tuscany, first and foremost, San Gimignano, but also to Florence and Siena. Panoramic glass sliding doors on all sides face the stone-paved courtyard, part of it with lawns, full of garden furniture with the swimming pool in the centre (8 x 5 with central Jacuzzi, (0.90-1.00m deep)(01/05-10/10). Included in the price: central heating, air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity); swimming pool and garden maintenance. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included.
