Immersed in olive trees there is the swimming pool with fenced, hedges and small gate, measuring 9 x 6 metres with a depth of 1.2 metres and 0.6 metres in the childrens tub. The bathing area surrounds the pool with sun beds, beach chairs and umbrellas and a shower with cold water. A wood-covered veranda, complete with wrought-iron tables and chairs is the perfect eating area thanks also to the the stone barbecue. An external washing area has a washing machine, a sink, iron and ironing board. Parking both in and out of the property.InteriorThe villa has been restructured and was originally the village school. It has very high ceilings and has original furniture from the beginning of last century, carefully chosen and placed for maximum comfort. The main entrance leads to the large and luminous living room, with sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV; a staircase leads to a loft with a small fitness area. Alongside the living room is the dining room, from which a couple of stairs lead to the outdoor veranda and the swimming pool, and the kitchen, fully equipped with a pantry, which also has access to the veranda. Completing the house are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (which, upon request when booking, can be joined), and 4 bathrooms with shower.LocationVilla dei Sassi is on the outskirt of a characteristic village in the Montaione countryside but is very calm and has its own entrance.
