Fontanella Restaurant in Madonna di Campiglio The facility's restaurant offers mainly traditional national cuisine characterized by typical Trentino flavors such as canederli (dumplings) or strangolapreti (strangolapreti) moving from local cold cuts produced in Val Rendena to native freshwater fish such as Arctic char and trout. Dishes with both homemade and packaged products are prepared upon request for guests with food intolerances (gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free).
