The lobby is small in size with a tiled floor and oak wood reception area. It also incorporates a bar/seating area again furnished in dark wood.
The hotel is split in two buildings with the speranza painted in mustard yellow and the Milan in a deep burgundy. The architecture is typical of the seafront structures of Stresa.
80% of the rooms are medium in size with 20% being small. Roughly 20% are also in very good condition with the remainder being in good condition as are the bathrooms. Decor varies but is traditional in the majority of rooms.
The ground floor restaurant is again furnished in a traditional style with small hanging chandeliers and antique paintings.
