The hotel is a modern 5-storey building with private parking. There are few balconies and a terrace bar overlooking the high street. Few trees surrounds the building.

There are 2 restaurants. One is quite large, bright and louminous, it is opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a big variety of buffets reserved to hotel guests only. The second restaurant, where hotel guests are entitled with a discount, faces the high street, it is quite lively and it is opened to the pubblic untill late.
Location
The hotel is very centrally located along the lively high street called via Bafile, which runs all through Lido di Jesolo, few metres from the beach, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, and tempting ice cream shops. The hotel is approximately 20 metres from a private beach equipped with sun umbrellas, chairs, cabins and showers.
