In the splendid areas of Valle di Monastero and Piana di Sabà some ancient “dammusi”, typical local buildings of Pantelleria,have been restored to become high level lodgings, ideal for both a relaxing and an active holiday. All the buildings are situated within the confine of Santa Teresa, a working farm which extends over 40 hectars of vineyards, producing Nero d’Avola and Cabernet wine, olive trees, beds of aromathic herbs, vegetables, lentils and woodland. Distances: from the sea 6 km, Scauri 3,5 km, Pantelleria village 15 km. A Sibà there are the reception, a wide Arabian garden, an area for practising golf and 2 swimming pools; a further swimming pool is located in Monastero. Transfer from/to the airport, car hire, rubber dinghies, boats, mountain bikes. The resort consists of 4 groups of dammusi: in Piana di Sibà area there are 8 houses under the name of Sibà and 4 houses named Frà Diavolo; in Valle di Monastero area there are 2 similar groups of buidings, both with 3 houses.
