Set on top of a hill, "Villa dei Filari" rises above the surrounding Maremma countryside, Holm-oak groves and the lush vineyards. From the panoramic terrace, you can get a glimpse of the sea and the beautiful Maremma Natural Park. An oasis of peace and tranquility, the villa rental is an ideal choice for groups of friends who appreciate the value of "dolce far niente" (the sweetness of doing nothing). The property is completely fenced in and includes a meadow with the fragrances and flowers typical of the Mediterranean vegetation and where there is also a swimming pool (12x7, 1.5 m deep) (15/05-15/09 open from 8.00am to 8.00pm) with massaging water jets and separate pool for children (4x8) with sun terrace, making a dip in the pool all the more pleasant. A barbecue and wood-burning oven complete the garden furniture. The climate in this area of Tuscany is characterized by early spring weather and splendid autumns. For those who love excursions, you have the a wide range of possibilities: the vestiges of the Etruscans are numerous, as are the small villages perched on the hilltops. The restoration work and the very well kept furnishings all make a particularly pleasing atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a detached apartment where the caretaker lives. Access to the accommodation by means of 1.6 km of dirt track road. On request and to be paid for on location, it is possible to have mid-weekly linen change, maid service and a cook. The guests also have a baby-bed, a high chair and Wi-Fi internet included in the price. Private parking.
PLEASE NOTE: pets are allowed on request and upon payment of 50 Euro/animal/week. Check in from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Check out by 9:00 am.
