Wonderfull stay in florence

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel rivoli espcially due to the very friendly welcome and services. having a (small) swimming pool was very useful given the heat. the restaurant at the hotel serve excellent food and was very good value for money. the hotel was very accomodating for our requests.
the small minuses: the street of the hotel is not very nice and the outside does not look to good, however this all changes inside! the rooms could benefit from freshening but are very clean.
