This is a clean good quality superior property which is in an ideal and peaceful location for quick and easy access to all of Florence's major attractions. D.O 04.2009
The property is located within walking distance of all major attractions, It is on a fairly quiet street just off a busy main road. The residence is located in a privileged position within the green park of Viale dei Colli, near Porta Romana.

The lobby is medium in size and cozy

Exterior

This is a Villa in tipical florentine style. The facade is well kept with a stained glass door. An intercom system is in place to secure the guest's safety.

Rooms

All the apartments are well equipped with all the modern facilities and nicely furnished. 2 pax will be allocated to a studio flat apartment, 3-4 pax will be allocated to a one bedroom apartment. The apartament are very spacious and offer great confort.
