Exterior
The holiday home is inserted inside the Tenuta di San Martino, where wines are produced, such as the "Sammartino" a red fruity intense, and the "Poggio alle Ripe" which ends its aging in oak barrels; without neglecting the "San Martino white." The wines owe their uniqueness to the particular geological composition of the soil. For some years the best pomace brandy are transformed into a dry taste but caressing. The Tenuta di San Martino counts among its products a extra virgin olive oil, fragrant and almost no acidity. For our customers it is possible to organize visits to wineries and tastings of our products in addition to being able to buy the products of the estate.
Rooms
The structure consists of two buildings, with a total of 11 apartments, set in a park with swimming pool and private garage. The apartments differ from each other depending on the characteristics of 3 types. APARTMENT: Apartment of 45 square meters with fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Double or twin beds with living room furnished with a sofa.
