Lobby is small in size,wooden furnished.At the left side of the reception desk,there is part of the sitting area composed by comfortable green sofas.The walls are white coloured.

The hotel is in a traditional building dating from 1600.

Hotel Nizza has now been completely transformed with the latest re-modernisation (using local materials such as "cotto", walnut wood, marble and Firenzuola stone) made during the winter of 2001. The 18 rooms, all furnished in Tuscan-Florentine style, have been totally refurbished with private bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite television, hair dryer, direct telephone line and safe-box. All these comforts make it a top quality hotel in its category.

Hotel Nizza, situated in one of Florence's most central streets is to be found in a building which goes back to the 14th century. An engraved marble stone dated 1807 confirms that in the seventeen hundreds it was used as a residence for monks from the nearby Santa Maria Novella monastery, (100 yards away).
