The city of Cuneo is located on the Stura River, where it emerges from the Valle Stura. This welcoming town has preserved what was once a medieval village, defended by imposing walls and towers. The Menù is flavoured with famous cheese products from the area like, Castelmagno, Tuma and Bra, accompanied with a piemontese wine list renowned all over the world. Piemonte nuts, typical of Langhe, are the base ingredients for 2 of the most awarded desserts in the area. The Gianduiotto and the Nut Cake.
