The Residence offers the opportunity to stay out of usual city traffic, but at the same time, being placed in close proximity (3 km) to Florence bypass road (ring road), easily reach all the other main destinations nearby, accessible through Florence bypass road that connects Florence with its four urban exits and the mail neighboring towns (Scandicci, Impruneta, Greve, Sesto Fiorentino / Calenzano, Prato, Incisa Valdarno). Florence bypass road begins at the A1 Firenze Sud highway exit and is also a straight connection to Siena, Arezzo, Lucca e Pisa.
Connections with Florence city are furnished by two convenient urban bus lines (n. 31 e n. 32). Guests can straightly get to the Residence by car, park in their given parking place and reach their apartment with the elevator.
