From the driveway surrounded by cypresses, oaks, olive trees, flowering shrubs and lemon trees, you arrive at the Villa. The villa has a veranda, stone floors and a sofa. The veranda leads to the ground floor where we find the billiard room with bar corner, the main kitchen, the dining room and the lounge with TV. The floor and furnishings are in fine wood, in black and white colors and offer a pleasant and harmonious contrast to the environment. Through the stone staircase, you reach the first floor of the villa, where there is a spacious living room with wooden beamed ceilings and large sofas. On this floor there are also 4 bedrooms with walk-in closets and private bathroom with tub and shower. They are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with single beds. The annex is equipped with a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The annex is not equipped with air conditioning. The swimming pool with jacuzzi completes the idyllic picture of this villa. Going down the stone steps, through the fragrant garden you arrive at the swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and cooling off on hot summer days. Finally, there is the SPA, whose entrance is located at the back of the villa. The SPA occupies the basement of the Villa and is equipped with a Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi.
