There is a bathing area around the pool with sunbeds, a beach umbrella and a charming pergola with table, chairs and stonework barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches. Guests can also use the panoramic rooftop, partially covered and complete with tables and chairs for outdoor breakfasts with sunbeds and a rocking chair. The day area has some steps and features stone arches which link the separate areas, made of typically Tuscan materials with wood beams and cotto flooring. The entrance leads to a living room with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, which leads to the bright dining room with outdoor access, as well as to the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace. Completing the house are a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower leading to a covered courtyard furnished for relaxing moments, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.LocationThe property is in a residential area near to Radda in Chianti, in the Chianti countryside made of olive groves and vineyards, whilst still being near to shops.FacilitiesThe farmhouse has WiFi, mosquito screens at the bedroom windows (not on the French doors), central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, and parking in the property.ServicesThe price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, 100 kW/h of electricity per week (extra consumption will be charged), gas, water, baby bed, high chair and washing services at the owners house twice a week.
