Right in front of the main entrance, there is a furnished pergola with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals, as well as a stonework barbecue. From here you can see a great view of the typical hilly area around the property. A staircase leads slightly down to the private swimming pool with a great panoramic view, complete with a Roman staircase and measuring 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.2-2.2 metres. All around is a paved bathing area with sunbeds, outdoor shower with cold water and a shaded gazebo complete with wicker living area and ping pong table. Parking is inside the property.InteriorThe farmhouse is made up of a main house on two floors and a separate apartment on one floor. The main house has a living room with satellite TV, CD player and large fireplace, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining table in a corner in rustic style, and a bathroom with shower complete with washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom with a canopy bed from the beginning of the 1900s, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The separate apartment has a living/dining room with cooking area and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower and typical high windows.LocationCasa Belmonte is in the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Sienese Chianti. All around are vineyards and olive groves.
