Restaurant
The Tee Restaurant and Lounge, an evocative design ambiance, can accommodate up to 150 guests. During the day, the large French windows that open up onto the elliptical swimming pool and the green of the golf courses take you into a uniquely light room. In the evening, the silver candelabrums are turned on, creating a gentle, elegant atmosphere. The chef, Tiziano Rossetti, student of Gualtiero Marchesi, proposes a masterful seasonal cuisine from the traditions of his land, Emilia Romagna, blended with ingredients from all over the world. His cuisine is light, fresh, essential and refined, with simple methods. The chef loves to play around with contrasting consistencies and acidity, assigning great importance to the perception of individual flavours. At lunchtime, a quick service and gold leaf tablecloths provide you with a one-stop dish including a taste of a first course (usually pasta or rice), a mini second course portion (fish or meat), and a side dish, all washed down with a fine glass of wine. Perfect for golfers' needs, or for business brunch at a special price. At dinner, the atmosphere changes. The dishes are more elaborate and created from refined ingredients, served carefully in a room lit up by elegant candelabrums.
Exterior
The golf course, biologically maintained, is controlled by the Agronomy University of Milan, and follows a technical route that accompanies the gentle slopes in maximum respect of the hilly landscape. Riviera Golf provides a complete service, well able to help you take your very first steps, or perfect your game. Driving range with heated and covered bays; the 18-hole Championship golf course, which 9 holes are currently under development, unwinds along the Conca Park, WWF oasis.; Riviera Golf Academy with professional masters from the Federation. driving range con 10 covered bays, heated and lit, 20 open-air bays on grass, 2 bunkers, chipping green, pitching green and a 18-hole, fully lit, large putting green. Technical theatres well suited to welcoming qualified Golf clinics (first approach courses to golf for beginners) run by the Riviera Golf Academy and the international master William Rosen. The second nine championship holes, signed off by the famous professional player, Canadian architect Graham Cooke, are currently being completed as part of the play area completion project. These will be in addition to the six executive holes and the extension of the driving range.
Lobby
The Riviera Golf Resort has a multi-purpose centre available with modular rooms. The pleasant, relaxing environments are perfect for combining work meetings with open-air activities, meetings or incentives and golf clinics. The following are also available free of charge: video projector, screen, flip-chart board, amplification and radio microphone system, stationery, mineral water and sweets. In the restaurant, the chef prepares business lunches paying great attention to company requirements, providing light, quick meals with serving up a complete meal in a one-stop format. The restaurant is also available for business and gala dinners.

Set in the WWF-protected area of Conca Park, Riviera Golf Resort offers innovative design, spacious accommodation, and an on-site golf course, all just a 10-minute drive from Rimini centre.
