Rooms

The hotel offers 40 single and double standard, economy and artistic bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom with hairdryer on request. The 20 artistic rooms have been decorated by important artists, such as Maurizio Mochetti, Paolo Icaro, Hidetoshi Nagasawa, Fabrizio Plessi and Antonio Presti. All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, heating, cable TV and desk. Some rooms also have individually controlled air conditioning. Baby cots, extra beds and non-smoking rooms are available on request. The hotel's art rooms, each uniquely decorated and transformed into a work of art by several internationally acclaimed contemporary artists (including Danielle Mitterand, Fabrizio Plessi and Hidetochi Nagasawa), aim to create a state of mutual and continuous interaction between guests and room interiors. Water and the sea, representing simplicity and purity, have been the main source of inspiration for each artist. Materials used to decorate each room include salt wall covering, copper, resin, volcanic ash and terracotta.
