Rooms

The Calanca Residence consists of 34 family rooms and 1 double room divided as follows: Family room with a unique environment of approx. 30 m2 with window and small balcony, 7 family rooms with small garden. Stove with induction hobs and microwave with equipped kitchen, with double or single bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 separate places, bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, safe, TV. 14 rooms are located on the first floor, 7 of which with a sea view and 7 with a hill view (towards Ostuni). 14 rooms are located on the ground floor, 7 of which with sea view and 7 with a small garden. Family room for disabled max 3 places 1 is located on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor. Family rooms located in the basement have 1 bedroom and a separate living room, always sleeping 4, 2 double/single beds and a sofa bed for 2 separate people. They have a window and a French door with a patio of about 9 m2 in front. All 6 family rooms also have access from the patio as well as from inside. Family rooms with sea view also have a pool view underneath, while the other 14 family rooms with hill view 7 are on the 1st floor and the other 7 are on the ground floor with a walkable garden.
