An ancient rural village in the heart of Italy was transformed into a valuable accommodation centre thanks to an ambitious architectural project. The history of Borgo di Lanciano is closely tied to the vicissitudes of Lanciano Castle, built in the XIV century by Giovanni da Varano, and to its last owner, Princess Maria Sofia Giustiniani Bandini.
Relais Borgo di Lanciano is situated very close to Lanciano Castle which, together with a handful of other towers in the area, is today considered one of the "Celestial Rocks".

On the ground floor there is a spacious room which overlooks the park and the hills surrounding the hotel and its large windows offer evocative and unforgettable views.On the first floor there is a lovely room, suitable for parties of 15-20 and also a spacious room heated by a fireplace. Both the interior and exterior spaces of Borgo di Lanciano can be arranged and set up according to your needs and wants, catering for up to 300 guests.
