Exterior
In 2000, the old Hotel has been completely refurbished, in addition to four different facades and some special protection under the Fine Arts, were all cleaned up inside, while the central body is harmonically related to the adjacent new buildings. The main entrance of the Hotel Grief, located on Via della Rena, is a transparent glass and steel structure from which one can see the impressive and ancient wooden doors that create an interesting decorative frame.
Rooms
The hotel's rooms are individually furnished and feature a living area, interactive TV with satellite channels, and a private marble bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. The artwork in each room has been commissioned from contemporary artists.
Restaurant
The hotel has a bar, a rooftop lounge bar and a restaurant. From breakfast to dinner, passing through pleasant moments of relaxation, the hotel offers different food and wine situations, from informal cocktails to more romantic dinners with a light and contemporary cuisine that satisfies even the most refined palates.
