Located on the ground floor, it is the only single house in "Il Pozzo" and is located between the swimming pool and the largest house. Here, too, there is no lack of romance for couples! In fact, entering from the large entrance door opens the living room warmed by the lilac color of the walls and by the presence of unparalleled details: the large stone and terracotta fireplace with wooden beam, the 1940s-era dressing table of my paternal grandparents (a emotional treasure for us), the high ceiling with light wooden beams in contrast with the terracotta, the large kitchen (the only one with an electric oven) with its counter with marble top. Two stone steps invite in the sleeping area, then in the bathroom with white tiles illuminated by the orange color of the plaster and ceiling and in the double bedroom (suitable for small families) in aquamarine ... a color that I found to be wonderful with light wood! Here too you will find a little surprise ... in fact the headboard was created by my mother by reusing an old light blue wooden door that we found in the "pilgrimages" ... in search of furniture !! A stone corridor separates this cottage from the barn (here is the oil mill where every year we produce the extra virgin olive oil of "Il Pozzo") and in this cool corridor there is the private outdoor area of ​​BASIL ... and therefore enjoying the area external reserved for the apartment ...
