This is the largest apartment, with a private corner of the garden that overlooks the common park. Internal inspiration is totally equestrian. There are two entrances: from the comfortable cream-colored kitchen which leads directly to the outdoor area with table and chairs and from the official entrance with a floral sofa. The living room has a burgundy red sofa bed in front of the fireplace and red chairs around the table. On the first floor the 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with "bandone" beds (one double and one twin), typical peasant wrought iron and sheet metal decorated with painting and mother of pearl.
