BARBERA D'ASTI DOC From grapes from the historic vines of Cascina Marcantonio vinified in purity and bottled after a year of traditional maturation. This barbera has an intense ruby red color, on the nose it offers hints of black and red fruit and in the mouth it proves to be vigorous and rich in pulp. It is accompanied with dishes of red meat, game and important cheeses. DOLCETTO D'ACQUI DOC Vinified in purity with sweet grapes from the vines of the property, Dolcetto d’Acqui is intense ruby red with violet reflections. The aromas highlight hints of small ripe red fruits and hints of bitter almonds. The drink has a very wide and soft and very persistent entrance. It accompanies the whole meal well, can also be combined with medium-aged cheeses.
