Almost like entering a private house, the lobby is located in the Hallway.
Very pretty 3 storey Georgian Townhouse - very typical building for central Dublin.
The rooms are simply furnished and all equipped with TV and bathrooms, although common, are numerous.
A full Irish Breakfast is served in the Dining Room each morning between 0800-1000. There is no Bar or Evening Restaurant.
The Avondale Guest House offers the use of a TV in the rooms.
