Weekend in dublin with friends

Did'nt appreiate being told that we were down to be shipped out to another hotel. i appreciate they were overbooked and thet they would not have known we were booking in with friends as we booked separately. my wife and i had to wait in reception for over an hour before being told they had managed to change someone else. then when we went up to the room it was already occupied with suitcases and bags open; not a very secure way to work. we then waited around until we were given another room on the top floor of the hotel.
after a long days travelling this was the last thing we needed as it also upset my friends as they waited around with us. the room was large but very basic. there was holes in the bedspread and the toilet are was in need of a refurbish. i,ve tried to be fair with my marks on the attached sheet but i know my wife and i would not be returning to this hotel. the girl on the reception did try her best but unfortunately she was o her own and she says dhe was new to the job.
