Welcoming, friendly, clean and efficient

I stayed here on monday 15th july so that i could go to michael buble concert. the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. they had on offer a shuttle bus to and from the concert, it was a wonderful idea and sooo handy. lovely touch and very thoughtful.
our room was very spacious and very clean. there was tea and coffee facilities which is a big plus for me (and many others). they supplied shower gel,shampoo and soap. our room had a bath and a shower another big plus. the bed was extremely comfortable and i had a great nights sleep.
when i returned from the concert i asked for more milk for the room, they very graciously offered to have it brought to the room and they did this promptly. well done and thanks.
the breakfast was delicious and very very busy, but they done a wonderful job getting every seated and served with their tea (although they forgot the milk) but as i said it was very busy.
would definitely stay here again. especially as they appear to put on transport to all major shows and venues.

Not so grand canal

Nice hotel. service is slow in the bar for food. had too get waitress attention for menu. selection of food not much to choose from. more of a choice in mc d's. was told at reception that we were been upgraded. hate to see the size of the normal rooms. good location for rugby match and priced cheap enough. but suppose ya pay for what you get.
