Cafe One has a modern look with natural earth-tone colours and illuminated glass panel walls. A special feature is a central buffet with three open cooking stations. Cafe One serves international cuisine, buffet-style, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes and a dazzling dessert display. Stix steak house and bar serves the best steaks with a simple menu but some great taste options. It offers sirloin, rib eye and tenderloin. Riva is one of the finest French restaurants in the city, gaining numerous awards for the quality and consistency of its food and service. The open kitchen concept allows guests an opportunity to meet and discuss the menu with Riva's culinary team. A bar counter stretches along the lobby where guests can have early evening drinks before heading to the dining area. Riva also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people in comfort.
