The hotel has a wide range of dining choices, from light lunches by the pool at Spicers, to a la carte dining at Oriental, which features a wide range of Eastern dishes. The International plays host to buffet-style dining and barbecue menus, in a beautifully designed room overlooking the hotel's large lake and grounds. After dinner, island culture is brought to life with an entertainment programme including limbo, steel pan and cultural shows.
