We had a very good experience at this hotel. the location is extremely convenient, one block from the louvre and right across the street from the tuilleries metro stop. the remodeled rooms are also very nice; the best accomodations we had on a two week honeymoon to france and italy. we did have a slight problem with the first room we were in (a/c issues & the size), but they moved us to a better room the following day. my favorite part was the breakfast. they had a large selection to suite all pallets, and the serve the best coffee we had in europe. the staff are also very accommodating.

Excellent setting right in the heart of paris - few minutes from louvre. very friendly staff at reception, in bar and at breakfast. breakfast spread fabulous. family room was very nice with mezzanine floor and 2 bathrooms. hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but didn't spoil our stay. children loved the pool and spa.
