The lobby is small, but welcoming and cosy. There is one lift to each floor and a narrow staircase leading down to the breakfast room.
This is a traditional, 6 storey Parisian style hotel.
The rooms are small and traditional in style and in a very good condition. The bathrooms are bright and well equipped. Only 3 twin rooms can be fitted with an extra bed.
There is no restaurant in the hotel but guests can find a nice choice of restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay in the opera deauville hotel, situated right beside the gare st. lazare, and only two minutes walk from the opera, galeries lafayette and five minurtes from montmartre.
the staff were both friendly and helpful and most spoke english very well. we had a broken stay and therefore had two different rooms. i would recommend requesting a room at the back as the rue d'amsterdam is quite busy.
