Problem with my booking

Said the hotel was full, fortunately was offered a room in nearby hotel. they used the language barrier to not properly explain and the nearby hotel wasn't as good, no refund or compensation offered.

Hotel is in a great location and buses to parks are great they come every 20 min. room was dusty and basic. food was just ok would avoid eating in main restaurant in the evening time. service was ok staff where friendly enough but very expensive.

overall i give it 5 out of 10

Wonderful stay!

We used the dream castle hotel for our trip to disneyland parks. we had a wonderful room with a great view on the 5th floor. i'm a bit of neat freak and our room was cleaned very well and well stocked. everyday we received room service and new toiletries/towels. the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. the staff was friendly and helpful. we used the buffet breakfast everyday, it was good as long as you arrived prior to 10:30 (closes at 11, food was running low). we were able to park our car and use the bus to travel to disneyland. it worked great and we never waited longer than 10-15 mins. we were also able to purchase our tickets (2 parks, 2 days) at the hotel. the swimming pool is great! i loved that it had a section for younger kids since my daughter is 2. we were very comfortable during our stay and had no problems. i will recommend this hotel and website for booking and will return! thank you!

The magic land

Generally had a great stay and the most important is the children were happy.
found reception aloof, and very unhlepful, esp.the staff that originated from asia. the receptionists used the shuttle bus as well as the guests and did not give their seats up for paying guests.
hk ok, lounge bar the service was not excitant, just look at the cleanliness of the tables on the terrace.
food quality excellent and service in the restaurant

Disney trip

Late check in no problem. friendly reception and help. perfect place to stay if visiting disney parks. well worth the money and more. definitely good choice for family stay as lots for kids to do. great choice for breakfast. 10 out of 10.

Great hotel - customer service not amazing

Hotel was really good, rooms were nice but not 4* quality. breakfast was good but not 4* quality. took my girlfriend for her 21st and it was perfect for that. easy to get to/from the disney parks using their free shuttle service.

On arrival reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and we had a free room upgrade. great location 10 minutes maximum on the free shuttle bus to disney. free wi-fi throughout and free internet access on computers in lobby. great selection of food at breakfast, already looking to go back to same hotel again.

Lovely hotel

The hotel is just minutes from disney. the room was absolutely stunning, with 2 large double beds. staff were friendly. good breakfast. prices are a bit expensive for meals but on a par with disney prices.really enjoyed the hotel and a wonderful experience all round.

Dream castle

There was a long wait at reception but hotel looked amazing and we were very happy with the rooms. breakfast queues were long but selection very good. shuttle service busy, could do with a couple of extra buses going a day. excellent location and would definitely re-visit and recommend.
