Venerable old character

I stayed at the victoria hotel in nov 2011.the hotel is located near ramses train station but is on a quiet street and doesn't suffer from the noise levels of some other places closer to the main streets.the hotel would be a good choice for families and older people as it is a quiet and comfortable place.the staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and tidy.the only downside for me was a poor breakfast, but this seems to be a feature of egyptian hotels.
i would stay here again!

A driendly welcome , very central and a good nights sleep

Efficent staff, not over powering. a simple beakfast choice limited but buffet style.good cleanrooms well maintained . hot water a bit slow to get to the taps . for a 1930's hotel it a gem .good broadband , food shops and restaurants close.
