Concierge is located in the Lobby, next to the Reception. It is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Our experienced concierge staff, one of them being a member of the prestigious international organization Les Clefs d’Or, will be pleased to offer you a wide range of services.

The Hotel's unique location enables our guests to admire some of Prague’s most famous sites before they have even left their rooms! Choose from 130 spacious smoking and non-smoking rooms and suites, each designed to provide a high level of comfort for all our guests. The spacious and beautifully-decorated dining room features a panoramic view of the Vltava River and its surroundings. The menu offers international cuisine with regional flavours. Vltava Restaurant is open for individual dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special menus for groups can be prepared if ordered in advance. The adjacent Goya Lounge can be combined with the restaurant for additional seating for private events. The Piano Bar provides a warm and intimate atmosphere where guests can relax to live piano music after a busy day of business or sightseeing. A wide selection of cocktails and premier wines & champagne is available. Due to free Wi-Fi Internet connection, the Piano Bar is also an ideal place for business meetings.
