A lovely hotel

The reception staff were helpful on arrival and when we requested an extra pillow. the room was spotless and nothing was broken, faulty or old. it really is a modern comfortable hotel. breakfast was great - good selection of foods, fresh and plenty of all and the waiting staff kept the room clean and inviting. it's in a good location - we walked in to and back from the city centre everyday and didn't even bother with a tram.i would recommend this hotel to everyone - it was certainly better than we expected and very reasonably priced.
