Our Restaurant Oasis bases its menu on the use of local produce which helps boost local agricultural production, developing and helping small producers to preserve the ancient traditions of planting and animal husbandry in the area . Inspired by these typical flavors and aromas, our Chef creates everyday different dishes that blend modern techniques with ancient products. Kunza has a restaurant and bar in the main building and a bar at the Spa. Our gastronomic proposal aims to sensitize our guests with the environment, throughout a menu that has a friendly relationship with local ingredients, handled with techniques of haute cuisine and personalized service. Both bars have a variety of juices, beverages and local and international cocktails to be enjoyed at the hotel's terraces.
