Amazing experience

The lady that helped us check in was very helpful. we asked for a late check out. instead of paying $60 we just paid $100 for access to the sheraton club, late check out and she upgraded our room to the top floor. great room and great experience

Sheraton centre downtown toronto

Great location but has a few problems. check in can be slow. rooms getting tired towels thin some with holes. no stationary in the rooms. no instructions on how to use shower. chair in bedroom not suitable for working at the desk. all show a hotel that is not keeping on top of its business.
price in resturant and bars ok quality good but waiting staff english not their first language and encountered a number of communication problems.
overall satisfactory would stay again but only at the price i paid

A very good comfortable hotel.excellent location particularly for the new opera house. good amenities (the pool is excellent) and friendly ambience. good value for a hotel of this standard.
