Triple room, a few minutes away from jazz festival place

I went to montreal for the jazz festival at the end of july. i shared a triple room with two friends of mine. we had two big beds, a bathroom and also a small balcony. the room was ok, except that the curtains were too thin.
the hotel is a few minutes away from jazz festival's place, 10 minutes away from the old montreal, and 5 minutes away from all the bars of st catherine and st denis streets.
so, i would recommend this hotel if you go there with friends, but maybe not if you are a couple.
