Request the contracting of a complete cleaning service through the Atlantica Residences application. The reservation allows access to common areas (swimming pool, convenience store, sauna, fitness center, sports court and shared laundry). Prior scheduling is required, following the Atlantica Safe & Clean protocol, in combating Covid-19. Breakfast: This rate does not include breakfast and/or other meals. The development does not have a restaurant. We work with a partner restaurant to deliver the breakfast kit, with special value. This and other meal requests must be booked directly with the partner via whatsapp (11) 3582-2672. Parking: We have a partner at Rua Paula Ney, 277.
