The reception area is reached directly by escalator from the street as it is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre (of course it has its own, private entrance too). It is a medium sized lobby and has just been renovated. It is very pretty with pale pastel colours and a mahogany reception area.

Exterior

The hotel is a converted 19th century building with the ground floor part of a very upmarket shopping mall.
