Lobby
The reception area is reached directly by escalator from the street as it is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre (of course it has its own, private entrance too). It is a medium sized lobby and has just been renovated. It is very pretty with pale pastel colours and a mahogany reception area.
Exterior
The hotel is a converted 19th century building with the ground floor part of a very upmarket shopping mall.
Rooms
The rooms are medium sized and have recently been renovated. They are decorated in blues and reds. The rooms are very comfortable and attractive and offer all the facilities one would expect from this standard of hotel.
Restaurant
The restaurant serves breakfast only. However there is a very large and relaxing bar area which offers light snacks and is decorated with wooden tables and chairs and tartan sofas.
