Rooms
The double rooms have an area of about 21 m2, with double or twin beds, bathroom with bath or shower and toilet, an entrance hall with a closet and storage room for luggage, as well as television and radio (satellite) and telephone. In reality there are single, in which case your accommodation is alone in a double room. For triple rooms, each room has an area of about 29 m2, with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with tub and toilet, an entrance hall with a closet and storage room for luggage, as well as television and radio (satellite) and telephone. A room for breakfast and a terrace in the inner courtyard, where we serve a delicious breakfast buffet that includes: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot and cold milk, bread and baked goods, ham, salami and cheese, up to 7 different varieties every day, 5 types of spreads, butter, margarine, fruit yoghurt and natural cereals, dried fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables, canned fruit, pickles, fruit juices.
Location
The hotel is located in front of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and Universitätszentrum Althanstrasse. The metro station Spittelau (lines U4 and U6) is only a five minute walk away. The tram line D in the direction of the city center stops nearby, about 100 meters from the hotel. Underground parking is available to our guests for a flat fee of € 11,00 per day. It is advisable to make reservations in advance. There is a parking area for buses right outside the hotel. A free parking for buses is provided only 150 meters away.
