Nice hotel but a terrible experience

A nice hotel however a terrible experience all round. my partner arrives and there's a ticking sound coming from the wall. my partner attempts to contact reception only to find that the phone is unplugged from the wall and very difficult to reattach - a major safety code violation. after reception was contacted by sitting underneath the desk we were moved rooms. what reception failed to tell us is that our new room had a function room above it so we had to listening to room shaking bass music until 12:30pm. on top of all this the air-conditioning in our room didn't work. by the end we were just happy to leave. we did appreciate the complimentary breakfast.

Incredible view from our room on level 29 and a beautiful meal at altitude restaurant level 36, again views of the harbour bridge at night. wow

Fantastic

Fantastic hotel in the best location. the deluxe harbour view room was amazing in every way!! the servicing of the rooms and room service was excellent. the high tea was delicious and the chi spa 60 min massage experience was brilliant and a highlight!
